They are TIG welded and are pre-drilled for internal wiring. They are super comfortable. Fits all 1989 to Present Street Glides, Electrca Glides and FLHT. Dimensions: 12" tall x 38" wide, 1 1/4 diameter with 8" of Pull Back.
